Our Story
Multi-disciplinary Institute of Technology Inc. (MIT) is one of the four companies of ESCA. As part of its five-year strategic plan, the group will provide design and construction solutions for sustainable infrastructure centered around integrated project delivery.
In 2018, MIT Inc conducted research and development on digital design and construction and how it will provide benefit to the AEC Sector in Philippine Built Environment.
Together with its sister company the Multi-Disciplinary Innovative Technologies and the ESCA Incorporated, headed by its chairman Dr. Ernesto S. De Castro, the Design Team on Technology developed a breakthrough platform for the design and construction.

The PIM345D is designed to receive and securely use account user’s digital signature, every time that user review and approves documents, his/her signature will automatically be attached to the document, no need for digital pen or upload e-signature frequently.
